The HXC grating system is based on an innovative non-contact
optical structure.
This design in the realization of zero mechanical lag and accurate
measurement at the same time, but also has a strong anti-fouling
ability, such as dust, light oil stains and scratches, does not
affect the integrity of the signal. These ensure that the machine
can run reliably without too much maintenance.
The HXC grating system is known in the industry for their ease of installation.
The grid ruler is available in a variety of lengths, and the
special design of self-adhesive on the back enables the
installation without drilling screws, thus saving time and cost.
All reading heads and interfaces are monitored by patented LED
installation status indicators, increasing installation speed and
eliminating the need for oscilloscopes and other complicated
installation monitoring.
